We added a new bonus to the ebook package at Fit Into Your Jeans: a chart of 20+ core exercises and abdominal exercises; each exercise listed includes a brief description and a diagram.
This was added in response to Fit Into Your Jeans members wanting to know more about core training. A tighter core will help slim one’s waistline and help to get rid of love handles.
